Introduction

These Terms of Use govern the relationship between the Pilates House Club (hereinafter referred to as the Club) and the clients.

1. General provisions

- 1.1. The Club sells and the Client buys any of the packages offered by the Club in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, the internal regulations, the procedure and deadlines stipulated by the agreement between the Club and the Client (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement).:

- 1.2. If the customer has not activated the card within two months from the date of conclusion of the agreement, it is automatically activated two months after the date of conclusion of the agreement and is valid until the expiration of the period specified in the annex to the Agreement.:

- 1.3. In case of freezing of the term of the contract, the contract is suspended for the amount of the freezing period. The term of the contract is extended from the date of expiration of the contract in accordance with the size of the freezing period.:

- 1.4. The Club's services may be used by the Club's clients and their guests with rights and obligations equal to those of the Client.:

- 1.5. Persons who have reached the age of 8 years can become clients of the club.:

- 1.6. Persons under the age of 14 may use the club's services with their parents' consent. the risk of preserving children's health, as well as providing Pilates services and identifying incompatibilities in children's health, is borne by the children's parents:

- 1.7. In case of early termination of the agreement at the initiative of the client, the amount for the months visited will be debited from the client in accordance with the tariff of the corresponding package.:

2. List of packages:

- "Small group of reformers"

- Individual lessons of the "reformer"

- Group Pilates classes on the mat

Arrival And Punctuality

3. For your first visit, please arrive 15 minutes early to get acquainted with the studio and your instructor.

- New clients: late entry is not permitted.

- Regular clients: late entry is allowed up to 5 minutes after class starts.

- Clients arriving late will not receive physical adjustments during class.

General Rules For Guests

4. Rules for entering the club and inviting guests

- 4.1. The Client must visit the club wearing a wristband provided by the club.:

- 4.2. The guest can be invited according to the packages offered by the club:

- 4.2.1 "Large group of Reformers" - 1 Guest (visited 24 times), 2 guests (visited 48 times)

- 4.2.2 "Small group of reformers" - 1 Guest (24 visits), 2 guests (48 visits)

- 4.2.3 Group Pilates classes on a mat "1 Guest (24 visits), 2 guests (48 visits)

- 4.2.4 "Large packages" - 2 guests (6-month package), 5 Guests (12-month package).

Bookings And Cancellations

5. General requirements:

- Class packages come with a ten-day booking window.

- Cancellations must be made at least 8 hours in advance to avoid being charged.

Private Sessions

6. General requirements:

- Cancellations must be made no later than 8 hours before your scheduled session.

- Missed or late cancellations are fully charged.

Waitlist Policy

7. General requirements:

- You will receive a notification if a spot becomes available.

- Once added to a class, the same cancellation policy applies.

- Clients are responsible for tracking their bookings and notifications.

Membership Terms

8. General requirements:

- Minimum duration: 1 month.

- Cancellation: 30 days in advance, by email.

- Freeze option: from 30 days to 2 months, available once per year.

- If you choose to terminate your contract early, the months attended will be recalculated at the monthly rate.

Membership Freeze Options

9. General requirements:

- Annual package: 1 month freeze free of charge + 1 additional month for 15,000 AMD.

- Six-month package: 1 month freeze free of charge.

- Three-month package: 10 days freeze free of charge.

- Pregnant members: up to 5 months freeze free of charge.

Additional Privileges

10. Invite guests through the app:

- Annual package: 7 guests

- Six-month package: 4 guests

- Three-month package: 2 guests

- Membership transfer (name change) available for 40,000 AMD, except for monthly packages.

- One complimentary private Reformer session included (excluding three-month and monthly memberships).

Health And Pregnancy

11. General requirements:

- For injuries, health concerns, or pregnancy, we recommend private training sessions.

- During the first trimester, participation in group classes requires a doctors approval.

- Please inform your instructor of any chronic or Pilates-incompatible conditions.

- Refrain from visiting the studio if you experience any symptoms or poor well-being.

- Should symptoms occur during class, notify your instructor immediately.

Mobile Phones

12. General requirements:

- Phones must remain switched off during class.

- Photos may be taken only before or after the session.

Age Policy

13. General requirements:

- Participants under 18 years old must have parental or guardian consent.

- The minimum age to join the studio is 8 years old.

- Participants under 14 years old may attend classes only with parental consent.

- Parents are responsible for ensuring that Pilates is suitable for their childs health.

Payment Policy

14. Terms of payment:

- 14.1. Payment for packages offered by the club can be made in cash or by bank transfer in accordance with the law on non-cash payments and the schedule attached to the contract.

- 14.2. The Club also offers to make a payment via the club's online website. Payment through the club's website is an offer made by the payer in order to receive the service provided.This offer is considered accepted if the payer's email is sent by e-mail. The letter is considered an agreement concluded between the club and the payer.:

Rights And Obligations Of The Parties

15.1 The Client has the right to:

- 15.1.1 Receive sports services in full in accordance with the list of services specified in the annex to the Agreement, at the agreed hours;

- 15.1.2 Contact the coaches, the administration, get information about his identity and training;

- 15.1.3 Submit an application for freezing the validity period of the card in accordance with the procedure established by the agreement;

15.2. The Client is obliged to:

15.2.1 Familiarize yourself with the rules of the club and follow them;

15.2.2 Pay for the services specified in the appendix to the Agreement;

15.2.3 Take care of your physical and mental health, hygiene rules;

15.2.4 Wear suitable sportswear and running shoes during training;

15.2.5 In case of damage and/or destruction of the club's property by the client during the term of the agreement, refund the market value of the property in full;

15.2.6 Before signing the contract, inform about existing chronic non-communicable diseases or diseases incompatible with certain training sessions. Keep an eye on your health, avoid visiting the club if you experience symptoms or feel unwell.Inform the trainer immediately of any symptoms during training.

15.3. The Client is prohibited from:

15.3.1 To violate the rights of other clients or employees of the club during training, to interfere or interfere with their training, to make noise, to show unacceptable behavior;

15.3.2 Entering or staying at the club after business hours;

15.3.3 Transfer the card provided by the club to another person;

15.3.4 Distribution of promotional products and placement of advertisements on the club's territory;

15.4. The Club has the right to:

15.4.1 Require the client to comply with the list of services offered by the club, the terms of provision, the payment procedure and the rules of the club;

15.4.2 Unilaterally cancel the contract in case of multiple (three or more times) violations of the established rules without refunding any funds;

15.4.3 To demand from the client compensation for damage caused by him to the club or another client, as well as to demand from the client the acceptance of administrative fines imposed on the club as a result of actions or omissions of the client;

15.4.4 Carry out preventive maintenance in the club in accordance with the notification without changing the training deadline, but no more than once a month for no more than 1 day;

15.4.5 Carry out technical and preventive maintenance of the club for more than 3 days in accordance with the notification, extending the contract period by the corresponding days, if the latter is not frozen;

15.4.6 Prohibit the client from entering the club if there are obvious violations;

15.4.7 Approve and change the club's class schedule;

15.4.8 To change the coaching staff without the client's consent and without notifying the latter;

15.4.9 Send informational or promotional messages to the client to the phone number or email address specified by the client;

15.4.10 For safety reasons, record the space on video, except for the locker rooms.

15.5. The Club is obliged to:

15.5.1 To provide services to the client in the manner, scope and within the time limits established by the agreement, to provide full information concerning the latter;

15.5.2 To acquaint the client with the rules of the club, the internal structure of the building, provide full information about the club's services and their tariffs;

15.5.3 Provide a proper, safe and secure training environment.

15.6. Responsibility of the club:

15.6.1 For the loss of personal belongings of the client on the territory of the club;

15.6.2 The Club is not responsible for damage caused by the following factors:

- Provision of incorrect or incomplete data by the payer when purchasing the package online,

- Failures in technical communications or software beyond the control of the club.

Privacy and Legal Terms

- By contacting us through the website or app, you consent to electronic communication.

- Pilates House may use photos and videos taken in the studio for marketing purposes.

- By participating in classes, you acknowledge potential risks and waive any legal claims against Pilates House.

By using the club's website, you agree to the above terms and conditions, as well as to receive informational materials and notifications from the club.
